Classes & Programs

OUR BEGINNER PROGRAM
(LEVEL 1 & 2)

Our beginner program is designed for dancers starting from zero. Classes run in 5-week cycles and are intentionally repeatable; most dancers repeat each level multiple times as they build timing, coordination, and confidence.

Advancement is based on readiness. Dancers move up when they feel comfortable, capable, and prepared for the next level.

Over your first ten weeks, you'll be introduced to the core fundamentals of salsa and begin building the skills needed for strong social dancing. If you're looking for a place to grow steadily, build a solid foundation, and feel supported at every step, then our program is for you!

BEGINNER MEMBERSHIP

The beginner membership is designed for dancers who want consistency, flexibility and support as they are. Instead of rushing through levels, this option allows you to repeat classes, build confidence, and progress when you're truly ready.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Unlimited access to beginner levels 1-3

  • Freedom to repeat classes as often as needed

  • Access to a private member chat for questions and support

  • Access to exclusive company-only classes & training opportunities

  • Monthly instructor Q&A

MULTI-CYCLE PASSES

Multi-Cycle Passes are ideal for dancers who want to commit to learning over multiple cycles without switching to a monthly membership. These passes allow you to repeat Level 1 or 2, build consistency, and reinforce your fundamentals over time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

I’m an absolute beginner, where should I start?

Start with our Beginner I  Progressive Course — it’s designed specifically for those with little to no dance experience. Our instructors are patient, supportive, and committed to keeping the classes fun and easy to follow, so you can feel comfortable learning at your own pace.

Do I have to move up after one cycle?

No. Repeating a cycle is encouraged, and very common. Many dancers choose to repeat levels to strengthen their foundations before moving forward.

How do I know when I'm ready to move up?

Our instructors are here to guide you and let you know when you're ready! Dancers are typically ready to move to the next level when timing feels natural, basic turns feel controlled and transitions between moves feel seamless.

What can I expect in class?

Each class includes a warm-up, technique drills, progressive shines, and partner-work combinations. Our goal is for everyone to have fun while being challenged, regardless of level.

Do I need a partner to take class?

No partner is required! All of our classes are designed to accommodate both solo dancers and couples.
In partnerwork sections, we rotate partners regularly so everyone gets a chance to dance, learn, and connect with different people. If you come with a partner and prefer to stay together, that’s totally fine too — just let the instructor know at the start of class.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for full movement and stretching.
Bring your dance shoes if you have them. If not, clean indoor shoes or soft-soled alternatives like Toms are a great option. Soft soles help you pivot and turn safely and smoothly, which is important for learning proper technique. Please avoid wearing street shoes in class to help protect our dance floors. As we share the space with children of all ages, we kindly ask that you dress respectfully and avoid overly revealing clothing.

What should I bring?

You’ll be moving and sweating, so bring:

  • A water bottle

  • A towel (optional, but helpful)

  • Comfortable shoes (or socks)

  • An open mind, great energy, and good vibes only!
